This is our first year to participate in the EARS Program. Through this committee, EARS Committee members visit our local K-2 school and read with children in the first grade. The objective of this committee is to work on a referral basis with teachers and help boost the childrens' reading levels or self-esteem by providing one-on-one interaction.
